Description

Osborn flap discs are designed for use in metalworking, welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing applications.

• • Abrasive Grains: Osborn flap discs are made with zirconia which is best for tougher materials, such as stainless steel, and for more aggressive material removal.

  • Osborn flap discs are designed to provide long-lasting performance, even under heavy use. They are engineered to maintain their abrasive power longer than traditional grinding wheels, allowing for more efficient material removal.

  • Osborn flap discs come in a range of grit sizes from coarse (24 or 36 grit) for aggressive grinding and material removal, to medium (60 or 80 grit) for general surface preparation, and fine (120 or higher) for polishing and finishing applications.
